Billing information: wallet transactions, purchased Packs, and Vouchers redeemed (payment card details, where applicable, are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our own servers). Usage data: campaign metadata, message delivery status, and device/session information needed to operate the connected-number and live chat features. Message content: the content of messages you send and receive through the Service is processed in order to deliver the Service's core functionality (sending, inbox, automation, templates) and is not sold to third parties.

We use collected information to operate and improve the Service, process billing, provide customer support, send you service-related notifications, and maintain security (for example, detecting abusive or fraudulent use as described in our Terms and Conditions).
